A well distinguished resort in Goa briefed us to explore the design possibilities of one of its rooms with an overhead unexploited pitch dark small room of retaining walls, as an Attic.

A former dark dingy space is designed to transform into a well-lit and ventilated room with the warmth of a home. A rustic design that celebrates exposed stone masonry work in conjunction with industrial elements and modern contemporary furnishings. The space provides an open study cum library area, a mini bar with a kitchenette and an elegantly designed metal and wood spiral stairway that leads one to a cosy sleeping area overhead. The attic offers a minimal charm that embraces an intelligent mix of simple and quirky design elements.
